Tasked with creating a product explainer for HR leaders and managers, the challenge was translating a sophisticated SaaS platform into something immediately understandable and emotionally compelling. The Sunny Workplace video needed to work as a website introduction and a sales presentation tool simultaneously.

Rather than defaulting to a UI walkthrough, we built a narrative arc around a single character: a disengaged employee finding his way back to his team. By grounding the product's functionality in a human story, we gave viewers something to feel before they were asked to understand.
